The cornerstone of my approach to coaching is knowing that people are powerful with limitless potential to shape their lives. I know that with the right support and mentoring anyone can develop and expand their capacity to handle the demands of life and work and achieve their goals.

Wellness Coach | Promoting Wellness in the Workplace
Helping people find solutions to stress and overwhelm in the workplace and at home, I have seen people grow and develop, and go from strength to strength for over 20 years.
Help your people succeed by championing wellness at work with my unique Thrive Under Pressure system and workshops.
Do you worry about your team’s performance?
Are you concerned about the wellness and morale of your people?
Are you concerned about the long term impact of poor wellness on your business?
I have been assisting managers, teams and individuals in the workplace for over 20 years and I have seen overwhelming positive change happen rapidly when people are properly supported.
People need to feel valued as individuals and recognised for their contribution, a contribution they cannot make in full if their wellness is compromised. In short, people need to feel that they matter. When people feel that they matter, they feel their work matters and will naturally want to give their all and contribute fully to the organisation. Wellness in the workplace means that people feel more enthusiastic, more engaged and everyone benefits from a happier more productive environment.
I offer workshops and in-house coaching to help people find better ways to communicate, boost their motivation and help them thrive under stress and pressure. Addressing wider cultural issues I help companies create a “wellness roadmap” to ensure best practice at the heart of businesses.
